ALPINE RESORTS (MANAGEMENT) ACT 1997 - SECT 49

Alpine Resorts Victoria must cause notice of the making of the plan under section 48 to be published within 14 days after the plan is made—

        (a)     in the Government Gazette; and

        (b)     on the Internet site of Alpine Resorts Victoria.
