Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) Subject to subsection (2), the Alpine Resorts Strategic Plan that was in force immediately before the commencement day is taken on and from that day to be the alpine resorts strategic plan made under Part 4 (as in force on and from the commencement day) and may be reviewed, amended or revoked in accordance with that Part.
(2) An alpine resorts strategic plan must be made under this Act as amended by section 16 of the 2022 Act within 3 years of the commencement of that section.
