Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) Anything done by an Alpine Resort Management Board in the performance of a function or duty, or exercise of a power, under the Road Management Act 2004 as a road authority before the commencement day is taken to have been done by Alpine Resorts Victoria.
(2) If an old Board has, as a road authority under the Road Management Act 2004 , commenced to do a thing in the performance of a function or duty, or exercise of a power and has not completed that thing before the commencement day, Alpine Resorts Victoria must complete that thing.
