Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) A member or acting member of the Authority, other than a member who is an employee in the public service within the meaning of the Public Administration Act 2004 , is entitled to receive the fees that are fixed from time to time by the Governor in Council for that member.
(2) Each member or acting member of the Authority is entitled to receive the allowances that are fixed from time to time by the Governor in Council for that member.
