ASSISTED REPRODUCTIVE TREATMENT ACT 2008 - SECT 80

    (1)     A registered ART provider must ensure that at all times a designated officer is appointed, employed or engaged by the provider.

Penalty:     50 penalty units.

    (2)     The appointment, employment or engagement must be in writing.
