BAIL ACT 1977 - SECT 13A

S. 13A(1) amended by No. 28/2023 s. 7(1).

    (1)     This section applies to a person (other than a child, a vulnerable adult or an Aboriginal person) who is accused of a Schedule 2 offence and who is already on 2 or more undertakings of bail in relation to other indictable offences.

    (2)     Only a court may grant bail to the person.
