BAIL ACT 1977 - SECT 3AA

Offence that is both a Schedule 1 and a Schedule 2 offence

For the purposes of this Act, an offence that is both a Schedule 1 offence and a Schedule 2 offence must be taken to be a Schedule 1 offence.
