BUILDING ACT 1993 - SECT 221ZJ

A licensed plumber must not sign a compliance certificate in relation to any plumbing work if the plumber knows, or ought reasonably to know, that the certificate contains any misstatement of fact.

Penalty:     60 penalty units.
