BUILDING ACT 1993 - SECT 229F

Refusal or failure to comply with requirement

A person must not, without reasonable excuse, refuse or fail to comply with a requirement of an authorised person exercising a power under this Division.

Penalty:     60 penalty units, in the case of a natural person;

300 penalty units, in the case of a body corporate.
