BUILDING ACT 1993 - SECT 25J

A person to whom a decision of the Authority under this Division applies may apply to VCAT for a review of—

        (a)     that decision; or

S. 25J(b) amended by No. 15/2016 s. 18(3).

        (b)     a failure of the Authority to make that decision within a reasonable time.
