BUILDING ACT 1993 - SECT 83D

Terms of appointment

The instrument of appointment of a manager must specify—

        (a)     the name of the manager; and

        (b)     any remuneration payable to the manager; and

        (c)     any other terms and conditions of the appointment; and

        (d)     any reporting requirements to be observed by the manager.
