BIRTHS, DEATHS AND MARRIAGES REGISTRATION ACT 1996 - SECT 30H

To avoid doubt, the validity in Victoria of a certificate that—

S. 30H(a) amended by No. 25/2019 s. 15.

        (a)     is issued under a law of another State; and

        (b)     concerns the birth registration of a person—

is not affected merely because it was issued as a result of the person having undergone sex affirmation surgery.
