BIRTHS, DEATHS AND MARRIAGES REGISTRATION ACT 1996 - SECT 48A

    (1)     On the request of the Donor Conception Registrar, the Registrar must provide to the Donor Conception Registrar any information extracted from the Register that is necessary for the performance of the Donor Conception Registrar's functions or the exercise of the Donor Conception Registrar's powers under the Assisted Reproductive Treatment Act 2008 .

    (2)     On the request of the Secretary to the Department of Health, the Registrar must provide to the Secretary any information extracted from the Register that is necessary for the performance of the Secretary's functions or the exercise of the Secretary's powers under the Assisted Reproductive Treatment Act 2008 .
