Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) Despite any other Act or law, the Director may provide, or may cause to be provided, to ASIC any information the Director has acquired in connection with the performance of his or her functions under the 1962 Act that is reasonably required by ASIC in connection with the performance of its functions under the Business Names Registration Act 2011 of the Commonwealth.
(2) The information may be provided under subsection (1)—
(a) before, on or after the change-over day; and
(b) in any form the Director considers necessary.
