Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current ActsA Regional Manager may by instrument delegate to an officer or class of officers any function or power of the Regional Manager under this Act or any regulations made under this Act, except this power of delegation, and the powers declared by the regulations to be powers which a Regional Manager cannot delegate.
