Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current ActsIf by or under this Act or the Community Services Act 1970 the Secretary or an officer within the meaning of Part 5 or Part 9 of this Act is required or authorized to sign a document, all courts must take judicial notice of the Secretary's or the officer's signature on that document.
