CORRECTIONS ACT 1986 - SECT 128

Section 74AAB as amended by section 8 of the  Corrections Legislation Miscellaneous Amendment Act 2017 applies to a prisoner sentenced to imprisonment for a terrorism or foreign incursion offence, whether before or after the commencement of section 8 of that
Act.
