CORRECTIONS ACT 1986 - SECT 70

    (1)     The Secretary must provide such employees of the Department and such other assistance to the Board as is necessary to assist the Board—

        (a)     in supervising persons released on parole; and

    (3)     When so required by the Board in the performance of its functions, the Secretary must report to the Board on any matter concerning an offender.

    (4)     The Secretary may provide to the Board terrorism risk information in respect of a prisoner for the purposes of this Division.
