CONFISCATION ACT 1997 - SECT 97W

Obstruction or hindrance of person executing search and seizure warrant

A person must not, without reasonable excuse, obstruct or hinder a person executing a search and seizure warrant.

Penalty:     Level 9 fine (60 penalty units maximum).
