Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) Subject to subsection (2), a relevant person may give to a person who is the subject of an order for examination under section 98(2) or (2B) a written notice requiring the person to produce at the examination the information or documents specified in the notice.
(2) An examination notice must—
(a) be in the prescribed form; and
(b) require the person to produce the information or documents specified in the notice at the examination; and
(c) specify the time and place of the examination; and
(d) specify any other prescribed matters.
(3) In this section—
"relevant person" has the same meaning as it has in section 98.
