Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) The Director may reimburse a receiver for any damages or costs recovered against the receiver, or an employee or agent of the receiver, for any act or omission performed in good faith and in the purported exercise or performance of the receiver's powers and functions under this Act.
(2) Reimbursement under this section is to be by way of payment from the Fund.
