Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current ActsOn payment out of the Fund of any money in respect of a claim under this Part, the Secretary is taken to be subrogated to the extent of that payment to all the rights and remedies of the claimant in relation to the loss suffered by the claimant from the relevant defalcation, including the right to benefit from a compensation order made under section 86 of the Sentencing Act 1991 .
