Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) The Authority may require a licensee to answer any question or provide information relating to the licensee's conveyancing business that the Authority reasonably requires to carry out its functions in relation to that licensee.
(2) A licensee must not refuse or fail, without reasonable excuse, to comply with a requirement made by the Authority under this section.
Penalty: 60 penalty units.
