CONVEYANCERS ACT 2006 - SECT 42
Disclosure of insurance to clients
A licensee must, before or at the time the licensee is retained by a client,
disclose to the client details of the type and level of professional indemnity
insurance by which the licensee is covered.
Penalty: 60 penalty units.
