Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) A licensee must not carry out any conveyancing work in relation to a particular transaction if the licensee is acting, or is to act, as an estate agent for a party to the transaction.
Penalty: 240 penalty units.
(2) A client of a licensee is not required to pay any amount in respect of anything done by the licensee in contravention of subsection (1).
