CORONERS ACT 2008 - SECT 65
Inquest to be conducted with little formality
A coroner must conduct an inquest—
(a) with as little formality and
technicality as the interests of justice permit; and
(b) in a way that, as far as is
practicable, makes the inquest comprehensible to interested parties and family
members who are present.
