Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) The State Coroner is responsible for ensuring the effective, orderly and expeditious discharge of the business of the Court.
(2) The State Coroner has the power to do all things necessary or convenient to be done to perform the State Coroner's responsibilities under subsection (1).
(3) Nothing in this section limits the responsibilities, functions or powers of the State Coroner under this or any other Act.
