Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) A cemetery trust responsible for the management of an eligible cemetery may apply to the Minister for an approval to convert the cemetery or part of the cemetery to a historic cemetery park.
(2) An application under subsection (1) must include—
(a) a plan of the area proposed to be converted; and
(b) a conservation management plan of the area proposed to be converted; and
(c) details of the proposed conversion; and
(d) details of consultation undertaken with relevant agencies, faiths, religions, cultural groups, holders of rights of interment and the public.
