Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) An interim emissions reduction target must be expressed as the extent to which the amount of the State's greenhouse gas emissions is to be reduced in relation to the amount of the State's greenhouse gas emissions for the year 2005.
(2) For the purposes of this section, the Minister must determine a figure that represents the amount of the State's greenhouse gas emissions for the year 2005 in accordance with the prescribed method.
