Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) The Minister must cause an interim emissions reduction target to be laid before each House of the Parliament within 10 sitting days of that House after the determination of the target.
(2) The Minister must publish an interim emissions reduction target on the Internet site of the Department as soon as practicable after the target is laid before each House of the Parliament under subsection (1).
