Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) The Minister may issue guidelines for a person making a decision or taking an action referred to in section 17(1) as to the scope and application of the factors that the person is required to consider under section 17(2) when making that decision or taking that action.
(2) The Minister must consult with the Minister administering an Act or a subordinate instrument referred to in section 17(1) before making a guideline that relates to a decision or an action under that Act or subordinate instrument.
(3) The Minister must publish the guidelines in the Government Gazette.
