Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) The nominated Minister must cause an adaptation action plan to be laid before each House of the Parliament within 10 sitting days of that House after the plan is prepared.
(2) The nominated Minister must publish an adaptation action plan on the Internet site of the relevant Department as soon as practicable after the plan is laid before each House of the Parliament under subsection (1).
