Name of Act	Decision or action
Catchment and Land Protection Act 1994	An approval or refusal of an approval of a management plan by the Minister, or the return of a plan to the Catchment Management Authority with any recommendations for change, under clause 3 of Schedule 2. The revocation of a management plan by the Minister under clause 7 of Schedule 2.
Marine and Coastal Act 2018	Consideration by the Minister of a Marine and Coastal Policy under Division 1 of Part 4. Consideration by the Minister of a Marine and Coastal Strategy under Division 2 of Part 4.
Environment Protection Act 2017	A recommendation of the Minister to make, amend or revoke regulations made under the Environment Protection Act 2017 . A recommendation of the Minister to make, amend or revoke an environment reference standard. A decision by the Environment Protection Authority relating to licences and permits under the Environment Protection Act 2017 . A decision by the Environment Protection Authority to review an operating licence under the Environment Protection Act 2017 .
Flora and Fauna Guarantee Act 1988	The preparation, making and amendment of a Biodiversity Strategy by the Secretary under sections 17, 18, 18B and 18C. The preparation and amendment of an action statement by the Secretary under section 19. The preparation of a management plan by the Secretary under section 21. The amendment or revocation of a management plan by the Secretary under section 22. The review of a management plan by the Secretary under section 24. The preparation and making of a habitat conservation order by the Minister under sections 26 and 28. The confirmation, amendment or revocation of a habitat conservation order under section 29. The amendment of a habitat conservation order by the Minister under section 31.
Public Health and Wellbeing Act 2008	The preparation of a municipal public health and wellbeing plan by a Council under section 26. The preparation of a State Public Health and Wellbeing Plan by a person under section 49.
Water Act 1989	Consideration of a draft Sustainable Water Strategy by the Minister under section 22G.
Circular Economy (Waste Reduction and Recycling) Act 2021	A recommendation of the Minister to make, amend or revoke regulations. A decision of the Minister to make, amend or revoke a service standard under section 67. A decision of the Head, Recycling Victoria under section 23 to exempt a person or class of person from a provision of a service standard. A decision of the Head, Recycling Victoria relating to the approval of suitable eligible containers. A decision of the Head, Recycling Victoria made under Part 5A. A decision of the Minister to grant an exemption under section 101 in relation to disposal of suitable eligible containers at landfill sites.
