Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) If under this Act or the regulations a person is required to give any information or produce any document to the Head, Recycling Victoria or an authorised officer, the person must not, without reasonable excuse, in response to that requirement conceal any information or document from the Head, Recycling Victoria or the officer.
(2) A person who contravenes subsection (1) commits an offence against that subsection and is liable to a penalty not exceeding—
(a) in the case of a natural person, 500 penalty units; or
(b) in the case of a body corporate, 1800 penalty units.
(3) Subsection (1) is a civil penalty provision.
