Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) A person to whom a show cause notice is issued may make written representations to the Head, Recycling Victoria or the authorised officer (as the case requires) in the period specified in the notice showing cause as to why the action proposed in the notice should not be taken.
(2) The Head, Recycling Victoria or the authorised officer must consider all written representations made under subsection (1).
