Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current ActsIf, after considering all written representations made under section 122(1), the Head, Recycling Victoria or the authorised officer believes that the person has not complied with a provision of this Act or the regulations, the Head, Recycling Victoria or the authorised officer—
(a) may take the further action under this Part proposed in the show cause notice; and
(b) as soon as practicable, must give written notice to the person that the further action will be taken.
