CIRCULAR ECONOMY (WASTE REDUCTION AND RECYCLING) ACT 2021 - SECT 174

Persons who may prosecute

A proceeding for an offence against a provision of this Act or the regulations may only be commenced by—

        (a)     an authorised officer; or

        (b)     an employee of the Department appointed by the Head, Recycling Victoria for the purposes of this section; or

        (c)     a prescribed person or a person of a prescribed class of person.
