Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) The Minister by instrument may delegate to any person or class of persons, employed under Part 3 of the Public Administration Act 2004 in the administration of this Act, any powers or functions of the Minister under this Act or the regulations.

(2) An instrument of delegation under subsection (1)—
(a) is subject to any terms and conditions stated in the instrument; and
(b) may be revoked by the Minister at any time.
