Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current ActsA reference to a WRR Group in any Act or any instrument (including a subordinate instrument) made under or for the purposes of any Act or any other document (by whatever name) prepared or made under or for the purposes of any Act, must be construed as a reference to (as appropriate) the Crown or the Head, Recycling Victoria—
(a) so far as the reference relates to any period on or after the commencement day; and
(b) if not inconsistent with the subject matter.
