Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current ActsA reporting entity granted an exemption under section 44 or 45 must not, without reasonable excuse, fail to notify the Head, Recycling Victoria of the following as soon as reasonably practicable after becoming aware of it—
(a) that the reporting entity is unable to comply with any condition to which the exemption is subject;
(b) that the reporting entity is at risk of being unable to comply with any condition to which the exemption is subject.
Penalty: 40 penalty units.
