CIRCULAR ECONOMY (WASTE REDUCTION AND RECYCLING) ACT 2021 - SECT 74ZL

Guidelines in relation to the waste to energy scheme

    (1)     The Head, Recycling Victoria may issue guidelines in respect of the operation and administration of the waste to energy scheme under this Part.

    (2)     The Head, Recycling Victoria must publish any guidelines issued under subsection (1) on a website maintained by the Department.
