COUNTRY FIRE AUTHORITY ACT 1958 - SECT 111

Transitional—appeals

If—

        (a)     an appeal had been lodged with the Country Fire Authority Appeal Tribunal under section 74B of this Act as in force before the commencement of section 13 of the Fire Authorities (Amendment) Act 1997 ; and

        (b)     the appeal had not been heard before that commencement—

the Country Fire Authority Appeals Commission may hear and determine the appeal in accordance with this Act as in force immediately before that commencement and for that purpose has all the powers of the Country Fire Authority Appeal Tribunal.
