COUNTRY FIRE AUTHORITY ACT 1958 - SECT 74E

Remuneration and allowances

A Commissioner (other than an employee of the public service) is entitled to receive—

        (a)     remuneration; and

        (b)     travelling or other allowances—

as are fixed by the Governor in Council.
