COUNTRY FIRE AUTHORITY ACT 1958 - SECT 74K

    (1)     An appeal is to be heard by the full Commission or by a Commissioner sitting alone.

    (2)     For the purposes of subsection (1), the Senior Commissioner is to determine who is to hear the appeal.
