Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current ActsSections 14 to 16 and 21A of the Evidence (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1958 , as in force immediately before their repeal, apply in respect of any appeal to the Commission under this Act as if the Commission were a board appointed by the Governor in Council and as if the Commissioner hearing the appeal had the powers of the chairman of a board appointed by the Governor in Council.
