CONSERVATION, FORESTS AND LANDS ACT 1987 - SECT 39

Compliance with a Code of Practice is not required unless the Code of Practice is incorporated in or adopted by—

        (a)     a relevant law; or

        (b)     a condition specified in an authority given under a relevant law.
