Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) The court may give directions at any time in a proceeding under this Act and hold any hearings it considers necessary for the purpose of giving directions.
(2) The directions may include a direction that the Director of Public Prosecutions file an outline of the case with the court within the time specified in the direction.
