    (2)     Parks Victoria may cut and take away, or authorise to be cut and taken away on behalf of Parks Victoria, fallen or felled trees from any part of the land described in Division 5 of Part 4A of the Fifth Schedule for use as firewood for domestic or camping purposes outside the park.
