Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) Warrants under Part 6.4 of the Co-operatives National Law (Victoria) must be issued in accordance with Division 3 of Part 4 of the Magistrates' Court Act 1989 .
(2) Part 6.4 of the Co-operatives National Law (Victoria) does not apply to the extent of any inconsistency with that Act.
