CRIMINAL ORGANISATIONS CONTROL ACT 2012 - SECT 51A
Objections to be disregarded if respondent consents to control order
The Court must disregard any objection made under section 41 in making a
control order if the respondent gives consent to the control order being made.
Note
Section 135A specifies how consent is to be given.
